











How long has the Foundation existed and who is the founder?
The Foundation began its work on March 6, 2022. Its co-founders are Borys Danevych, Olesia Zhmak and Maksym Sysoyev.
Does the Foundation have an official registration?
The Foundation is registered in Poland (Warsaw) as a charitable foundation, as well as in Ukraine (Kyiv) as a charitable organization with non-profit status.
What funds does the Foundation operate with?
The Foundation functions as a charitable organization. We primarily attract funds from international donors - large companies and private benefactors. As a rule, at least 95% of funds are converted into direct aid. Administrative expenses of the Foundation do not exceed 5%.
How is the use of funds raised by the Foundation controlled?
We report in detail to donors on the use of funds that we raise for specific areas of work. We carefully identify and verify needs, locate and purchase the necessary materials and equipment by applying tender procedures, and arrange and control the transfer and use of aid. Pro bono legal partners and accounting partners in Poland and Ukraine help the Foundation’s team to ensure full transparency and compliance in work.

What are the areas of the Foundation’s work?
The Foundation currently has three areas of work. Area 1. Osteosynthesis implants. They are necessary for the treatment of complex bone injuries of arms or legs in military personnel and civilians who have suffered as a result of Russian aggression. Area 2. "Light to hospitals". Attacks on civilian, in particular energy, infrastructure and blackouts complicate the work of medical institutions. We provide medical facilities in various regions with alternative sources of electricity, specifically, with generators of various capacities. Area 3. Military needs. We collect what is essential for the frontline: medical transport, four-wheel drive vehicles, drones, satellite communication terminals, generators, charging stations, equipment, etc. For more details: link to the areas section on the website
Who does the Foundation support?
The Foundation supports Ukrainians in their struggle against the russian full-scale invasion: military personnel, doctors, patients with complex injuries to the bones of the arms and legs, who have suffered as a result of Russian aggression.
