1. This Policy sets out the terms and procedure for refunding funds paid as a charitable donation to CHARITY ORGANIZATION “CHARITY FUND “YELLOWBLUE FORCE UKRAINE”, EDRPOU code 45044205 (the “Fund”), via the website https://www.yellowblue.foundation or the Fund’s bank details.

2. A charitable donation is a voluntary and gratuitous transfer of funds into the ownership of the Fund. Under the laws of Ukraine, a donation is, as a general rule, non-refundable.

3. The Fund refunds payments made in error, in particular:
a) a technical error of the payment service resulting in a double charge or a charge in an amount inconsistent with the payer’s intent;
b) an error made by the payer in the payment amount at the time of payment;
c) unauthorized use of the payment instrument by a third party, confirmed by the payer’s bank.

4. To request a refund, the payer shall, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the payment date, send a request to office@yellowblue.foundation specifying: the payer’s full name, the date and amount of the payment, the last four digits of the card or the payment confirmation from the payment service, the reason for the refund, and the details for the refund.

5. The Fund reviews the request within 10 (ten) business days of its receipt and, where grounds are confirmed, refunds the payment to the account from which it was made, or to another account of the payer specified in the request, within the timeframes set by the rules of the payment service and the payer’s bank.

6. Fees charged by banks and payment services at the time of payment are refunded to the extent and in the manner set by the rules of the respective bank or payment service.

Cancelling a recurring (monthly) donation

7. A recurring (monthly) charitable donation may be cancelled at any time. To do so, the payer sends a request to office@yellowblue.foundation specifying their full name, the email address provided when setting up the donation, and the last four digits of the payment card.

8. The Fund stops further charges within 5 (five) business days of receiving the request and confirms the cancellation to the payer by email.

9. Amounts charged before the Fund receives the cancellation request are non-refundable, except in the cases specified in Clause 3 of this Policy.

10. If the payer is charged under a recurring donation after the period set out in Clause 8 has expired, such amounts are refunded to the payer in full in accordance with Clauses 4–6 of this Policy.
